This Dell17″ monitor,E173FPb,although used,comes in 100% working condition.
It is powered by a Mains Kettle type lead(supplied FOC if required),and you will also need a VGA cable,which are readily available on Ebay,or you may already have one from a failed Monitor.I also find that Car Boot sales,Local Auctions and Jumble Sales are another good source of supply,as well as friends and family,and usually lots of them available FOC from your local Freecycle or Freegle site
